One of my favorite Juicy Bits – chard, protein, and blueberries oh my.

The following is one of my favorite “juicy bits / blends.” It’s great post workout, as a snack or meal replacement… check it out.

This makes two servings…. one for now, one for later.

  • Two big leaves of chard (chop em up)
  • 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
  • One apple
  • Two tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Two scoops vanilla protein powder
  • Two tbsp. Açaí powder.

Blend it all up, add as much water as necessary for your desired consistency….
