Acai With a Protein Option

One of my favorite treats while in Brazil, is an acai with protein and granola from the juice stands scattered everywhere.  It turns out they are super to easy to make with the help of a vitamix or powerful blender.    


I blend them up as a meal, post-workout snack, or if I’m feeling lazy! 

You’ll need

Blend up the acai, protein, blueberries, and add water as needed. 

Top with some granola and enjoy!
