Almond Butter & Apple 

It’s a classic and delicious snack.  Slice up an apple and spread some almond butter on it.  Almond butter is calorie dense so stick with one tablespoon – roughly 1/2 of the suggested serving size.    It’s a good practice to scoop out your serving and then put the container away!  Almond butter is so yummy it’s easy to get carried away!
