Salsa Verde Tacos & Sprouted Grain Tortillas

Craving some Mexican food and want to keep it healthy? Check out my recipe for some delicious tacos. Prep is simple. I recommend you prepare the chicken in the morning, and the meal in the evening.

You’ll need:
A Slow Cooker

Ingredients:
Boneless skinless chicken breast
one jar salsa verde
one bottle beer
cumin
purple cabbage
avocado
one package sprouted grain tortillas

Directions:
Combine chicken, salsa verde, cumin, and beer in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. When fully cooked shred with a fork.

– Slice up / shred the cabbage into small pieces.
– Slice an avocado

Done! Make your tacos and enjoy.
