Boneless skinless chicken breast
one jar salsa verde
one bottle beer
one package sprouted grain tortillas
Combine chicken, salsa verde, cumin, and beer in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. When fully cooked shred with a fork.
– Slice up / shred the cabbage into small pieces.
– Slice an avocado
Done! Make your tacos and enjoy.
