My Mother’s 37 Calorie Brownies


The other day I got a yummy care package from my mother with what she calls 37 calorie brownies. They were pretty good! I have a weakness for baked goods and these are the perfect substitute. Try them!

3/4 Cup nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Applesauce
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
A Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Stevia

Heat Oven to 400 Degrees, Use a non stick baking dish and spray with olive oil if necessary 8×8 . Put all ingredients in a food processor or vitamix and blend until smooth. Put in a dish and cook 15 minutes. Cool completely
