Aside from being a great Spice Girls song, I’ve come up with a juice with some of my favorite natural immune and metabolism boosting ingredients. If you like a little kick and a little spice try making this at home. If you go purchase ready to drink juices with the following ingredients you’ll pay $6 – $10.00 a serving. Made at home after purchasing the ingredients it will cost less that .70 cents a serving. The following are the ingredients and instructions, It’s so easy! At the bottom of the post you’ll find a list of benefits for each ingredient.
- 2 peeled lemons
- 2.5″ fresh peeled ginger
- echinacea ( 3 big squirts)
- 12 oz aloe vera juice
- 3 teaspoons honey
- Cayenne Pepper
- 1.5 liter Water
Throw all of the ingredients except the water into your vitamix or blender. Add a few dashes of cayenne pepper. Blend the ingredients together to create a strong concentrate. After you’ve created a concentrate add at least 1 liter of water and blend. Taste your juice. Add cayenne pepper until your juice has a good spicy kick!
